Barcelona Interested in Signing Malen from Borussia Dortmund
Spanish media reports indicate that FC Barcelona is interested in signing Dutch international Donyell Malen, the forward from Borussia Dortmund. According to “Sport,” Barcelona attempted to sign Malen when Ronald Koeman was the coach, but financial fair play issues prevented the deal from going through.
Malen, 25, has a contract with Borussia Dortmund until the summer of 2026. The report also mentions that the Dutch star is keen on moving to either the Premier League or La Liga. Borussia Dortmund is expected to be open to selling Malen in the summer of 2025, as he will have just one year remaining on his contract.
